The Beautiful Blue Fleece used in these partiular hammocks was originally used by a Wisconsin manufacturer of athletic gear. The Fleece is unusally thick, very resistant to wear, and surprisingly quick to dry. Fleece-lined hammocks are unique to The Hammock Shop. The exterior shells of these wonderful hammocks are made using Olefin fabric. Olefin fibers have low moisture absorption, that means that they wick moisture and dry very quickly Olefin is abrasion, stain, sunlight, fire, and chemical resistant. One of the most important properties of olefin is its strength. It keeps its strength in wet or dry conditions and is very, very resilient.

The current shell color is a rich black and blue weave that compliments the fleece fabric perfectly. This is, by far, our favorite fabric and color choice to compliment the rich blue fleece interior.
